FOUNDER & CHIEF DREAM WEAVER
BA LlB, JP (100651), FMIA, RMA (9359588)
Hello and welcome! I am the Founder of Aspire Australia and its Chief Dream Weaver! Yes, that’s right, I weave dreams for people who long to live and work in Australia!
It was only when I started working in the migration sector in 1991 that I realised just how lucky I was to have been born into the best city in the best country in the world: Sydney, Australia! And now it is my passion to help those who have a dream of living and working in Australia to achieve their dream.
After graduating from Macquarie University with an Arts Law degree, I worked in the area of environmental law, an area in which I have a strong interest. Sustainability, respect for the creatures of the world and their habitats and keeping the world in the best possible shape for future generations, is a mantra I live by – at home and at work.
When I ‘fell’ into migration law more than 20 years ago, I found it to be an interesting and challenging area of law. Being able to understand and unravel the technicalities of the law to find a solution for a client is not only intellectually stimulating but it also has a satisfying outcome!
Most people call me direct. And I am! I don’t ‘beat around the bush’. I tell it like it is as. And that’s because I am committed to getting results for you. Clients – whether companies or individuals - often only get ‘one opportunity’ and it is important for them to receive the right advice, first time.
Being able to play a role in a client’s journey to Australia and opening the door of opportunity to have a new life in Australia is rewarding. Picking up the phone to inform a client about a visa grant is still thrilling, twenty years on!
I am proud to be a Fellow of the Migration Institute of Australia – the peak industry body in Australia. This honour is awarded to migration professionals who have been recognised by their peers as having participated at many levels within the migration industry over a period of at least ten years, with the highest level of ethics and professionalism.
I am also proud to have built a strong, compassionate and intelligent team here at Aspire Australia – all of whom have their own Australian migration stories to tell!
In my down time, I love to get out into the great Aussie outdoors and to spend time with my teenage daughter.
Having completed the Sydney marathon in 2014 and the Camino de Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage in 2016, I am now looking for my next personal challenge!

Hello! Bonjour! Salam! My name is Ladan and I am one of the practising migration agents at Aspire Australia. I am a first generation migrant who first arrived in Australia at the ripe old age of six months from Iran.
I studied a Bachelor of Laws and International Studies at UTS, which included a year living on exchange in the South of France, learning French (I am now fluent) and meeting my husband, a Frenchman!
I have always had a passion for using my knowledge and skills to help others. I truly appreciate the great impact that migration professionals have in influencing another person’s migration story, having migrated as a child and more recently helping my partner migrate to Australia. The ability to have such a positive impact on another person’s life is what made me decide that migration law was the career path for me.
Following my admission as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in June 2013, I became a registered migration agent. Since then, I have been involved in a preparing a variety of migration applications including: partner visas, humanitarian and employer sponsored category visas, as well as applications with character issues.
Working at Aspire Australia as a ‘Visa Chaperone’, my role, in a nutshell, is just that, to help clients along their migration path from beginning to end - with as little stress as possible!
I enjoy working at Aspire Australia because we have a warm, knowledgeable, and tight-knit team which is supportive and professional.
Outside of work I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our one-year-old daughter, as well as attending hip hop dancing classes (where I will most likely be breaking it down to my favourite artist, Queen B, Beyonce!).
I look forward to hearing about your story soon.
AUSTRALIAN DREAM CATALYST
Hi, my name is Hafizah. I was born, raised and educated in Singapore, where I enjoyed the rich culture reflecting a mix of ethnicities and history.
I arrived into Australia as a student undertaking post-graduate studies in law in 2011. When I completed my degree, I decided that Australia was where I wanted to live my life. Sydney, like Singapore, is multi-cultural and has an admirable selection of cuisines (YAY!). While Singapore will always have a place in my heart, I am relishing the fact that I no longer have to deal with its heat and humidity on a daily basis.
Initially I applied for a Graduate 485 visa, and then later for a General Skilled Migration visa under the occupation of Solicitor. I obtained my Australian permanent residence in 2016. I will forever remember the relief and excitement I felt the day I received my visa grant, knowing that I had secured my Australian Dream.
I am intrigued by migration because it gives individuals the power to design their own destinies regardless of the cards they were initially dealt. I enjoy conversations with other migrants and hearing the stories of their lives in their home country and the journey that brought them Down Under.
As a Registered Migration Agent with Aspire Australia I help people write the final chapters of their journey to secure their Australian Dream.
At Aspire Australia, the smiles are warm, the conversations are heartfelt and the purpose is noble.
I’ve been through my Australian migration journey, now let’s start on yours!
CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS MANAGER
Hi, my name is Ruta Vilkaite and I am a Customer Service and Operations Manager at Aspire Australia.
I was born in a small country in north eastern Europe, Lithuania. Once I finished high school, I had the opportunity to move to Australia. Although this continent was 13,529 km away and I did not speak English, I decided to take on this personal challenge that has changed my life.
It was a big start to a new life and a great one! Not only did I learn English while living here, but I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Human Rights and International Studies, and also travelled to a number of different countries. During my studies, I went on an exchange program to South Korea, Rwanda and South Africa. In fact, travelling became one of my greatest passions and has taken me to more than 13 countries with their inviting people, colourful cultures and rich histories. I cannot wait to start a new journey again!
But in the meantime, I am helping others to make Australia their home! I started working with Aspire Australia in 2016 because helping others to achieve their dreams (especially when it involves travelling) is something I am deeply passionate about and it is a great reward at the end of each day. As a migrant myself, I have experienced what it’s like to eagerly wait for the new visa and in fact, most of us here at Aspire share similar experiences. So we do understand the worries and anxieties of our clients and we are here to make this journey smoother and more relaxed. I am the one to answer all your phone calls and email enquiries, directing them to your agents and liaising with you to obtain documents or solve any technical issues you might be experiencing. As a Client Services and Operations Manager, I make sure that all our clients are happy and that their questions have been answered; I assist RMAs with your applications and ensure the smooth operations in our office.
I like working at Aspire because we have a small and cohesive team who are always smiling, caring and are genuinely happy and friendly people. And we all share a common goal - to help you to settle in Australia as well.
My name is Moran Shultz, and I work as an RMA Support at Aspire Australia. I have lived in Sydney for the past six years with my husband and our two little and cheeky daughters.Originally I am from Israel. I completed a law degree there and also worked as a lawyer specialising in torts and insurance. My husband was an IT programmer.
We then migrated to Australia as skilled migrants to give ourselves new opportunities and to see this side of the world.
After several years of working in HR and Retail, I decided to return to practise law and chose to focus on Migration Law, as my own experience of migrating had been very interesting. I studied a post-graduate program in Migration Law at the Australia National University. This year I will complete the requirements to be registered as a Migration Agent.
Currently, I am learning the ropes in my support role, assisting the migration agents with the preparation and submission of the diverse range of visa applications.
What I like about working at Aspire Australia is the challenges we are handling for our clients, and finding solutions for them across a variety of visa types. I feel that I am learning every day, as no case is like the other and look forward to learning more as my career progresses.
I believe that clients can rely on our migration assistance; we have the minds, experience and persistence to create a tailored solution for our clients.
I look forward to meeting you soon and travelling with you on your Australian migration journey!
